These Terms of Service apply to the Luvorale online store, including browsing, account features, purchases, customer communications, and related services. “Luvorale,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this store.

Please read these Terms before using the services or placing an order. By using the services or submitting an order, you agree to the applicable Terms to the extent an agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use services requiring acceptance.

Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement where you live. Minors may use the website only with a parent’s or legal guardian’s involvement and permission, and where permitted by law.

If you use account features, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Keep order contact details up to date.

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these Terms. This does not remove rights relating to an existing purchase or refund.

Products, descriptions and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, options, and included items accurately. Review the selected product and variation before ordering.

Minor appearance differences may result from screen settings, lighting, production batches, natural materials, or handmade details. This does not excuse products that are faulty or materially different from their description.

Availability and options may change. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you. Changes to future listings do not automatically change an order already agreed with you.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices and available currencies appear on the website or at checkout. Prices may change before you submit an order. Review your items, quantities, selected options, and final total before payment.

Shipping charges, taxes, and duties collected by us are shown at checkout as applicable. Your bank, payment provider, or destination authority may impose additional currency-conversion, transaction, import, or local charges.

Use only payment methods offered through Luvorale’s official checkout. Provide accurate billing details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Never send complete card numbers or security codes through email or customer support.

Orders, acceptance and cancellation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Orders are subject to availability, payment validation, and acceptance. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled because of stock availability, a significant listing error, payment failure, a reasonable fraud concern, delivery limitations, or legal restrictions, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation; these may no longer be possible once processing begins. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery page explains processing, estimated transit times, tracking, addresses, customs charges, and help with delayed or missing parcels. Processing and transit are separate stages. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our Return Policy explains eligibility, return requests, damaged or incorrect items, shipping costs, and refunds. Contact us for instructions before mailing a return. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Read the policies applicable to your purchase alongside these Terms. They do not reduce mandatory return, refund, delivery, warranty, or other consumer rights.

Promotions, discounts and gift cards

Where offered, promotions, codes, bundles, giveaways, and gift cards may have additional conditions, including eligible products, dates, minimum purchase amounts, and usage limits stated with the offer.

Unless an offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied to an earlier order. Rules concerning cash redemption, transfers, expiration, and gift-card balances remain subject to applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. You must not:

• Commit fraud, provide false payment information, or use another person’s account without permission.
• Upload malware, bypass security controls, or disrupt the store or its systems.
• Access non-public information or collect customer information without authorization.
• Use automated access in ways that interfere with services or infringe others’ rights.

These rules do not prevent honest reviews, lawful criticism, complaints to authorities, or other legally protected uses.

The Luvorale name, logos, design, text, photographs, graphics, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Other names and materials belong to their respective owners.

You may browse for personal shopping and keep copies of your order information. Reproducing, republishing, selling, or otherwise exploiting protected content requires permission unless a legal exception applies. You retain ownership of content you create and submit.

Reviews and other submissions

When submitting content for publication, including reviews or photographs, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Reviews should reflect your honest experience. Disclose relevant incentives or connections, such as gifts, discounts, or employment.

You retain ownership. For content you choose to submit publicly to the store, you grant Luvorale non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, and make necessary formatting changes for that publication. This does not permit misleading changes or transfer ownership.

Private support messages and order details are not covered by this permission. Other promotional uses require appropriate permission. We do not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews.

Third-party services and links

Our store uses Shopify and providers supporting payments, delivery, and related operations. We may also link to independent websites. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy information.

Website availability and warranties

Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or security reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or immediate correction of every error.

Additional product or manufacturer warranties will be described where offered. They supplement, rather than replace, applicable consumer rights. Contact us about products that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Liability and consumer protections

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide relevant updates. Such events do not automatically remove legal rights to cancellation, refunds, or other remedies.

Applicable law and the courts or bodies able to hear a dispute are determined by the relevant legal rules. You may bring a claim before a competent court or body where those rules allow.

Contacting us is not a condition for approaching a court, regulator, or available dispute-resolution body. Mandatory consumer protections, including applicable rights in your place of residence, remain unaffected.

Changes and agreement

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will appear here with a revised date. Additional notice or agreement will be provided or requested where required.

Changes apply going forward and do not retrospectively alter an existing order unless legally required or agreed with you. Keep a copy of the terms and policies relevant to your purchase.

If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue where legally possible. These Terms, applicable order details, and purchase policies describe our agreement without excluding representations or rights protected by law.
